Teacher/Student Mini Grant Application 2008-2009
Spanish Fort principals with the forms for the 09 mini-grants
SFEEF will begin the third annual Student/Teacher Grant program on October 15, 2008. Applications will be available for teachers of all grade levels of the Spanish Fort Elementary School, Rockwell Elementary School, Spanish Fort Middle and Spanish Fort High School.This program is extremely important to the Foundation for providing for enrichment of our children’s education.
Teacher and their student(s) will work together on the grant applications which can be for a special classroom project, program, educational materials or supplies that will help the teachers enhance the students learning ability. Parents are urged to encourage their students and teachers to participate in this grant program as it will be a great learning experience as well as very rewarding.

January 9,2009 will be the submission deadline.
Judges will be chosen from outside the area and the grants will be awarded in February 2009.
The SFEEF awarded 15 grants in 2007-208 for a total of $30,000.00
The SFEEF Board has approved a total of $30,000 for the 2008-2009 grants for the 2846 students that attend the four Spanish Fort schools.
Funds for these grants were provided from the proceeds of the annual fundraiser, Fiesta at the Five{Rivers Delta} and The Bull Run ,the Toros will be “Haulin Hooves” on November 15,2008 Saturday at The Eastern Shore Center.
